It's overall value for money, therefore nothing to complain about. Staff are WELCOMING, location is very convenient, everything is very clean. Patong Beach was 200 feet from the hotel. Thanks to the guard who helped us with baggage. We were offered an upgrade to a family room, it was big.

The hotel was great. Pool was nice too. We ate at the casual restaurant not far from the property🙂

Well, there was no fridge. The bed was uncomfortable.
